Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. provides digital heritage preservation services, including:

3D scanning and LiDAR documentation of heritage sites
Digital archiving and virtual tour creation
On-site heritage tours and educational workshops
Consultation services for heritage organizations
Free educational resources for schools and communities

As a Community Interest Company, all surpluses from our services are reinvested into our social mission of preserving architectural heritage for public benefit.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By using our services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
All information you provide is accurate and current
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Bookings

All bookings for tours, workshops, and scanning services are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email. A binding contract is formed upon our confirmation and your payment.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 14+ days before service: Full refund
Cancellations made 7-13 days before service: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before service: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

All content on this website, including 3D models, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. or licensed to us. It is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Educational institutions may use our free resources as specified in accompanying licenses.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

5. User Conduct

While we strive for accuracy in our 3D scanning and documentation, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet all specific requirements. Scanning accuracy depends on various factors including site conditions and equipment limitations.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage Dynamic C.I.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heritage Dynamic C.I.C., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
